It means that the journey combines two modes of transport within the same itinerary: two ferry sections and a short road section, all coordinated under a single ticket and one integrated operation.
First, you’ll travel by ferry for 3 hours and 45 minutes from Hornopirén to Leptepu. You’ll then disembark and travel 10 km by road from Leptepu to Fiordo Largo. Finally, you’ll board a second ferry for an approximately 45-minute journey from Fiordo Largo to Caleta Gonzalo.
Important: only one ticket is required, and it is valid for both ferries.
Please arrive 2 hours before your scheduled departure to ensure an orderly and safe boarding process.
Requirements depend on the route and type of vehicle. Small pets must travel in a kennel or pet carrier. Larger pets must remain in the vehicle under the owner’s supervision. Please check the specific requirements for your route when purchasing your ticket.
Each foot passenger may carry up to two pieces of hand luggage. Additional luggage will be subject to an extra cargo charge. Oversized or commercial cargo may require prior authorization.
Departure and arrival times may be changed or cancelled due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the company is not required to compensate passengers.

Fares are divided into two categories: Resident and Non-Resident.
Resident fares apply to residents of the municipalities of Hualaihué, Chaitén, Futaleufú and Palena in Palena Province, Los Lagos Region, and to residents of the Aysén Region, provided they are included on the official list supplied to the operator by the corresponding Regional Secretariat.
The list must be updated at least every six months and may be updated by the corresponding Regional Secretariat or Technical Counterpart.
All other passengers pay the Non-Resident fare.
It applies to additional sailings that the operator may provide during High Season in response to increased demand. These sailings do not receive the government-subsidized fare.
Passengers aged 65 and over are considered senior citizens and pay 50% of the passenger fare. All passengers pay a fare. Children under 2 years of age pay CLP 1,000. Discounts apply only to subsidized sailings.
If you require assistance, please notify us in advance by email, including your travel date and vehicle license plate number. This allows us to inform the crew in advance so they can provide the necessary assistance and make your journey on board more comfortable.
